Census Data Estimates That Paramus Is Becoming More Diverse
The American Community Survey released its findings for the 2005-2009 period.

The American Community Survey, a continuous study conducted by the Census Bureau, released its findings for the 2005-2009 period Tuesday. The Census sends questionnaires to a sample of households to produce these estimates.
The full report is available on the Census Bureau website. Below we've put the Census data from 2000 side-by-side with the ACS estimates for 2005-2009.
Please note that the income values are likely skewed by the economic downturn and that the 2000 figures are in 1999 dollars, while the later figures are in 2009 dollars, though they have been adjusted for inflation. Again, the new figures are estimates, and there is some margin of error involved. For the exact margins of error, check the ACS site.
