“DARE is pleased to bring the North Jersey Carnival back to its home grounds at Westfield for all of North Jersey to enjoy,” said Nick DeMauro, Chairman and CEO of DARE New Jersey. “We’ve brought together the best in quality fun and entertainment for a good cause, and that’s to protect our children by educating them about the dangers of drugs, alcohol and violence.”
