Proceeds from our retail operation fulfill our mission: to empower individuals with barriers to employment in jobs that give them independence. In fact, 1 in 7 people working in our stores has a mental or physical disability. And, because our inventory is entirely donated, it’s all green—keeping millions of pounds of unwanted goods out of landfills each year.
