FREE MONDAYS AT PARAMUS JAZZERCISE

Never tried Jazzercise?  Try a class FREE* any Monday in June!  We offer class at 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm & 7:00pm every Monday.  No need to call ahead, just show up 15 minutes prior to the start of class and be ready to dance and have fun! 

Burn up to 600 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout. Every Jazzercise group fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn.
