Zumba
is an innovative program that incorporates movements from Latin Dance, Hip-Hop, and other exotic street dances to create an energetic experience.
This class will focus on cardiovascular conditioning and strength training by combining an exciting cardio workout with an easy-to-follow dance routine. All fitness levels and age groups are welcome. Get fit and sculpt your body while having a blast!
