Father, Son Open Paramus Bagel Shop
The store is located on Route 17 next to Shake Shack.
PARAMUS, NJ — A bagel shop owned by a Bergen County father and son opened in town Monday.
Elliott Cohen owns Everything Bagel with his son, Andrew. The deli and bakery specializes in breakfast and lunch.
Cohen started in banking in 1977 and worked his way up to a senior vice presidency after 22 years. He opened up a few bagel shops and pancake houses in North Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

Then Cohen sold those businesses and went into developing custom homes for six years before turning their sights on bagels again. Many of the staff worked at the first bagel shop Cohen opened 20 years ago.
The deli sells 25 different kinds of bagels, including novelty flavors, and fresh-baked cookies and pastries. Delivery is available.
