Gov. Christie Visits Wounded Paramus Officer in Hospital

Governor spent about an hour and a half at Hackensack University Medical Center

Gov. Chris Christie arrived at Hackensack University Medical Center early Wednesday afternoon to visit with wounded Paramus Officer Rachel Morgan, the governor's office confirmed.

Christie arrived around 1:30 p.m. and left the hospital shortly before 3 p.m.

Morgan was struck by three bullets after a chase Sunday night, and has undergone three surgeries. She is expected to recover.
