Hospital Hosting Healthy Giving Day At Paramus Park Mall

Residents can learn how to eat healthy during this holiday season and be examined at Hackensack University Medical Center’s Healthy Giving Day at the Paramus Park Mall Saturday.

Healthy Giving Day will offer residents the chance to have their blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol levels screened, take part in a Zumba demonstration, and meet the famed yoga instructors Laura Kasperzak and Masumi Goldman of Two Fit Moms.

Hackensack University Medical Group Pascack Valley physicians will be on hand to discuss issues related to women’s health and primary care.

For every person who signs up for a screening, the hospital will donate $1 to Table to Table, a non-profit food rescue program that serves millions of North Jersey residents.
