PARAMUS, NJ — A Bergen man was arrested Friday at a shopping center after a friend notified police he had made threats against minorities, a report said.
Officers took Frank Passaro, 66, of Hasbrouck Heights into custody Friday at the Garden State Plaza's north parking garage, according to the Daily Voice. He had no weapons, according to the report.
