Paramus Football Star Named To National Player Of The Year Watch List
Drew Singleton is a four-star linebacker from Paramus Catholic HIgh School.

PARAMUS, N.J. — Drew Singleton, the four-star, nationally-ranked linebacker from Paramus Catholic, has been named the Maxwell Football Club's 2016 National High School Player of the Year watch list.
Singleton, a senior, is ranked No. 3 at his position in the country and No. 2 in the state. ESPN has him ranked as No. 131 in the top 300 players in the country.
The 6-foot-2 inch, 214-pound Singleton has received offers from many of the best Division I college football programs in the country, including Alabama, Clemson, Michigan, and his home university of Rutgers, according to ESPN.

The Maxwell's player of the year honors the nation's best scholastic football player. The award has been given out since 1935. The 16 semifinalists will be announced Nov. 12. The final six nominees will be announced Dec. 15. The winner will be announced Jan. 18.
