Paramus Schools OKs District Curriculum, Class Trips
The Paramus Board of Education held their final regular meeting Monday evening before school starts on Sept. 9.
For those of you who are counting down with excitement, adults, and those who are counting down with fright, children, there are only 11 days of summer vacation left.
The Paramus Board of Education met on Monday to approve a number of items before school starts on Sept. 9.
Among the items approved were the district curriculum and the disposal of obsolete equipment and books, including the Paramus High School Steinway Grand Piano.

Also on the list of approved items was a pair of class trips. East Brook and West Brook Middle Schools will be heading to Philadelphia: East Brook from May 29-30 and West Brook from June 5-6.
The other approved trip is a Paramus High School music trip. The PHS Music Department will be traveling with students the 2014 Music in the Parks Festival in Fredericksburg, VA.
