Police Warn Drivers To Stop For School Buses

Police have received complaints of drivers improperly passing at school bus stops.

PARAMUS, NJ — Police are warning motorists to stop for school buses, especially those that are stopped while children are being picked up and dropped off.

The police have received numerous complaints of improper passing at school bus stops, police said.

"Distracted driving plays a major part in motor vehicle crashes," police said on a Facebook post. "Please help us keep our community safe."
