Paramus resident Joseph Mecca ran the ING New York City Marathon on Nov. 6. Mecca finished in 3:08:30, improving on his 2010 finish by 16 minutes.
Mecca, who practices law in Paramus, shared a photo of himself during the run with Paramus Patch: "Legs look good. Face looks tired," he said.
