Board of Adjustment meets Thursday

The Zoning Board of Adjustment is scheduled to hear an application Thursday to turn the building at 175 Route 17 south into an 800-square-foot restaurant.

The developer, Moe's of New Jersey, requires a number of variances to proceed with its plans.

To begin with, a restaurant is not permitted at the property, though it neighbors a . The Borough also requires 36 parking spaces at the site, while the developer proposes only 22.
