Santa's Arrival and Christmas Tree Lighting

Santa will arrive at Town Hall via firetruck for an event that takes place at 5 p.m. Saturday. Follow Video-On-The-Go Channel 21, as well as the Township social media pages to see the tree lighting. See the Facebook event.

Pictures with Santa will take place from 2-5 p.m. Saturday at the Parsippany Troy-Hills Elks Lodge (230 Parsippany Rd.). Kids of all ages are welcome. Organizers only ask for a donation to the food pantry, which can include a nonperishable food item, paper products of a young child's toy. Bring your phone or camera. See the Facebook event here.
Touring with the Mount Tabor Volunteer Fire Department
Mount Tabor FD will take Santa through town from 2-4:30 p.m. Dec. 18. Kris Kringle will hit up Mount Tabor, Glacier Hills, Sedgefield, Powder Mill and Puddingstone. Signs will get posted at stops about a week before the event. Read more: Mount Tabor FD To Take Santa Claus Through Town
This year, the Wenonah Ave. Christmas House added an appearance from Santa Claus, who will visit from 5-7 p.m. Dec. 18. Kids can bring their letters, get pictures and receive a candy cane.
