Acclaimed NYC Chef, Parsippany Resident Brings Personal Stylings to Morris Homes

Chef Emily Peterson launches Hen & Honey, local catering and personal chef business.

Emily Peterson knows two things very well: what people like to eat, and how to make great food for them.

That’s why the Executive Chef of Astor Center in New York City is bringing her personal passion to her home town of Parsippany and Morris County to offer “sophisticated catering” and personal chef options to residents.

In doing so she has created Hen & Honey, her personal business that offers on-site chef work as well as catering for small and large parties.
