NJ's 3rd Topgolf Gets Opening Date: See Details

PARSIPPANY, NJ — After more than a year of construction, the newest Topgolf facility in New Jersey has announced an opening date.

The recreation center will open its doors on Friday, July 3, just in time for the holiday weekend.

Located at 1269 Route 46 near the intersection of Interstate 80 and Interstate 287 in Parsippany, the three-level facility will become Topgolf's third New Jersey location and the company's 102nd venue nationwide. Other locations in the Garden State include Edison and Mt. Laurel.

The new venue will employ between 350 and 400 people and introduce a new Topgolf prototype featuring upgraded technology, redesigned outfield targets, arcade games, and enhanced personalization options for guests.

Among the most notable additions is "My Bay, My Way," a new feature available through the Topgolf mobile app. Guests will be able to customize their experience directly from their phones, including ordering food, selecting television channels, and saving game highlights.

The Parsippany location will also feature 24 game-day suites, several more than the two suites typically found at existing Topgolf venues. The suites are designed for sports viewing and include multiple surround screens to create "an immersive experience for guests."

Topgolf is known for combining golf, dining and entertainment. Players hit microchipped golf balls toward giant targets in the outfield while Toptracer technology tracks the ball's distance, accuracy, and flight path in real time.

The new Parsippany venue will include:

• 102 climate-controlled outdoor hitting bays across three levels
• Full-service restaurant and bar
• Private event spaces for meetings, parties and corporate outings
• Redesigned outfield targets and sloped playing area
• Rooftop terrace and outdoor gathering spaces
• 20 arcade games, including air hockey and basketball
• More than 250 televisions throughout the facility

To celebrate the grand opening, Topgolf is offering several promotions.

The first 100 guests who visit on July 3 will receive a $50 Topgolf gift card, courtesy of Honda and Acura.

The company is also giving away one year of free gameplay at the Parsippany location. Customers who book and complete a one- or two-bay reservation between July 3 and July 17 will automatically be entered into the contest.
