Burtons Bar & Grill Gets Opening Date In Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A grand opening date has been determined for Parsippany's Burtons Bar & Grill, the chain's first location in New Jersey.

The Garden State's first Burtons Bar & Grill will open on Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. at 1525 Route 10 in Parsippany, within the township's commercial section, District 15Fifteen.

"We're excited to set an opening date and welcome our first guests," said John Haggai, CEO of Burtons Grill & Bar. "Opening in Parsippany, our first restaurant in New Jersey, has been a special opportunity for our team, and we look forward to becoming part of the community, building relationships with our guests, and celebrating this milestone."

The chain will celebrate the milestone by partnering with the Interfaith Food Pantry Network. On Oct. 20, 15 percent of all opening-day proceeds will be donated to the network to "support its mission of improving the health and well-being of Morris County residents in need by providing access to food, nutrition education, and related resources."

The establishment spans 7,400 square feet with seating for 243 guests. In addition to a 30-seat bar, the eatery features a private dining room with seating for up to 46 guests, as well as outdoor dining with a 64-seat patio. The patio features ceiling fans, lighting, overhead heaters, lounge seating, and other "inviting touches," according to representatives.

According to the eatery, the Parsippany location's menu will feature "juicy burgers, bountiful salads, tender steaks, fresh seafood and more."

Some menu highlights will include Crab-Crusted Haddock, Mediterranean Chicken Risotto, a Lobster Roll, and a Seven-Layer Chocolate Cake, to name a few. There will also be specialty cocktails and mocktails available.

Burtons Grill & Bar will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Also, weekend brunch will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., plus Happy Hour will be available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
