New Fusion Pizzeria Opening Its Doors In Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ — When you can't decide on Indian takeout or a pizza delivery, a new eatery in Parsippany will give you the best of both worlds.

On Friday, at 11 a.m., Urban Crust Pizza will be hosting its grand opening at 305 Parsippany Road. The franchise blends western pizza classics with recipes from South Asia, creating a bold fusion of flavors on one crust.

This will be Urban Crust Pizza's first New Jersey location, soon to be followed by spots in Jersey City and Piscataway. It also manages Pizza Studio at the Newport Mall in Jersey City.

From freshly prepared dough and handcrafted sauces to toppings bursting with flavor, every pizza comes together in an open kitchen, baked fresh and served hot in minutes."

Specialty pies include Tandoori Chicken, Pesto Paneer, Masala Street Corn, and Hot Mango. The eatery's signature pies include Truffled Mushroom, Big Cheese Margherita, Buffalo Chicken, and Veggie Supreme, to name a few.

In addition to pizza, the shop also sells wings, quick bites, desserts, and specialty sandwiches including the Bombay Samosa Club, the Pesto Paneer Sandwich, and the Cheese Chilly Corn sandwich.
