Brooklawn Middle School Custodian Passes Away
Jef Stolfi worked at the school for over 30 years.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Jeffery David Stolfi, a longtime custodian at Brooklawn Middle School, passed away on Tuesday. He was 66.
Stolfi was born in Glen Ridge, and was a longtime Parsippany resident, an obituary says. He worked at the middle school for over 30 years, and was a member of St. Christopher R.C. Church.
"Mr. Stolfi was a custodian at BMS for over 30 years and a valued member of the Brooklawn staff. He was proud to serve the Brooklawn Knights community," Joan Benos, the chief of staff for Parsippany schools, told Patch. "The information of his passing was shared with the BMS students and as always, we have counselors available if any student needs to speak to them."

He is predeceased by his parents, and survived by his siblings, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 2 at 7:30 p.m. at the Par-Troy Funeral Home (95 Parsippany Road).
