Brooklawn Student Named Musician of the Month in Morris County
Tyler Lee's prowess earns him recognition from Mayo PAC.

Tyler Lee has grown into a leader during his time at Brooklawn Middle School, and because of that, has garnered countywide accolades for the month of December.
The Parsippany student was nominated by his teacher, Joseph Stella, to be one of 14 musicians in Morris County named as a Musician of the Month by the Mayo Performing Arts Center.
His nomination from Stella said, “Tyler started playing clarinet in the 7th grade, but volunteered to switch to French horn to help balance the band’s sound. His sound can easily be heard as it “soars” above the ensemble in solos and horn features in band music. In addition to his successful transition on a new instrument, Tyler has also played clarinet in the school’s pit orchestra and is always one of the leaders in band.”
