Bubbakoo's Burritos Coming To Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Jersey Shore favorite Bubbakoo's Burritos is opening a Parsippany location soon, the company said.

The restaurant will open this April at 3079 Rt. 46, they said. Bubbakoo's Burritos is a fast-casual restaurant that offers burritos, bowls, tacos, and more with sixteen different proteins (options include chicken, shrimp, and steak).

“Before becoming a Bubbakoo’s franchise owner, I was a loyal customer,” co-owner Sherry Arora said. “We chose to grow with Bubbakooo’s because we love the distinctive laid-back culture, customizable menu options and one-of-a-kind burrito experience. With our amazing team and the brand’s genuine hospitality they insist on from every employee and franchisee, I know the Parsippany community will love it.”

Arora is opening the franchise alongside Vijay Kumar and Ashesh Shah,. They plan on opening three locations in the area in the next two years.
