Chamber of Commerce Launches Free Resume Database

The Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce is rolling out the next phase of their successful Employment Outreach Program with a free resume database for area businesses and residents.

The Employment Outreach Program, which was introduced seven years ago by its President Robert J. Peluso, has assisted 2,500 job seekers and 75 area employers, members of the Chamber said.

The Chamber has been working on the database for the past five years which is now ready to be tested by area employers.

“We worked hard to make our system effective, easy to use, and reliable,” said Peluso. “As a self-funded and volunteer based organization we are proud of our accomplishments, since it involved many skilled volunteers.”

“We are very excited about the positive impact this will have for all of our residents, volunteers, and employers,” he added.
