Corned Beef & Cabbage Fundraiser To Benefit Parsippany Fire Dept.

The popular annual event will feature a traditional corned beef dinner, soft drinks, bread, dessert, and a cash bar.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — The annual Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner Fundraiser is set to return on Saturday at the South Beverwyck Road firehouse and will benefit the Parsippany District Five Fire Department.

The event will run from this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering a traditional meal to the community. Organizers stated that the fundraiser is making a comeback due to numerous inquiries from residents.

Attendees will receive a plate that includes corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. Each dinner ticket also covers one soft drink, bread, and dessert.

In addition to the dinner, a cash bar will be available with a menu to be posted this week.

Members will begin selling 50/50 tickets for $5 each. Interested individuals can reach out to a member to purchase tickets.

Any remaining 50/50 tickets will be available for sale on-site before the drawing. Organizers noted the short notice for the event but emphasized their efforts to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
