The driver caused a 3-vehicle accident, authorities said.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A drunk driver crashed her car Dec. 6 into a Parsippany school bus, causing a three-vehicle crash, according to police. Cristin Isaacson drove at nearly twice New Jersey's legal limit, authorities said.

The crash occurred at 3:35 p.m. that afternoon at Troy and Mazdabrook Roads, police said. Isaacson drove her vehicle across the yellow line, hitting the right side of the bus toward the rear, authorities said. Her vehicle then bounced off a guard rail and came to rest after hitting a third vehicle, according to the crash report.

Ten passengers occupied the school bus during the crash, police said. No injuries were reported.

After Isaacson failed sobriety tests, police found she had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.15 percent, according to authorities. New Jersey's legal limit is 0.08 percent.
