Gas Odor Forces Evacuation Of Parsippany Hills High School
Breaking: The day will go on as usual following the evacuation, police said.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — An early morning smell of gas forced the evacuation of Parsippany Hills High School on Wednesday, police confirmed.
The smell of gas was detected in a science classroom at 7:41 a.m. on Wednesday, police said. Students were evacuated as police, fire, and EMS investigated.
The smell was chalked up to residual odor from earlier gas line maintenance, police said. Students were back in the building half an hour later, and the day continued as usual.
