Global Engineering Firm Relocating to Parsippany Corporate Center

Langan Engineering and Environmental Services works around the globe, but one of its largest office spaces will now be located in Parsippany.

The business announced it will be relocating its Elmwood Park office to 300 Kimball Drive in Parsippany, the site of the Center of Morris County Office Complex.

Three of the four buildings in that location are occupied by Novartis, Deloitte, and Day Pitney. The office park is bookended by The Hyatt House and Parsippany Sheraton hotel.

Langan’s occupancy will account for 71,000 square-feet of space on the fourth floor of the center building of the complex, which also houses State Farm Insurance, FM Global, and Fiserv.

Langan is expected to move-in on Nov. 1 of this year.
