Longtime Saint Christopher's Church Pastor Dies at 80

Monsignor Frank Ferraioli either led or assisted Saint Christopher Roman Catholic Church in Parsippany for more than 30 years.

The clergyman died recently at the age of 80, according to his obituary.

Ferraioli graduated Seton Hall University before becoming ordained on May 27, 1961. He celebrated his first solemn Mass at St. Paul’s Church in Clifton the following day.

Ferraioli spent 27 years leading Saint Christopher’s church in Parsippany for 27 years before retiring in 2008. He remained in residency at the church until his death, assisting with celebrating daily mass.

He is survived by his twin sister and many nieces and nephews.
