POMPTON PLAINS, NJ — A lottery ticket purchase paid off big time for one Morris County player, who just became $50,000 richer.
The winning $50,000 ticket was sold at the Jackson Ave Quick Chek in Pompton Plains. Had it been purchased with the multiplier, it would have been worth $150,000.
The Wednesday night winning numbers were 05, 21, 57, 66 and 69. The red Power Ball number was 13. The multiplier number was 03.

Another 111,980 New Jersey players won an estimated $579,234 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300.
“Congratulations to all of the lottery players who purchased winning tickets and to the retailers that sold them,” said Hedinger. “I’d like to remind players to purchase their Powerball tickets with a winning attitude and add Power Play to the ticket purchase. Power Play doubles the second prize from one million dollars to two million dollars and multiplies all of the seven lower prize sets available in the game by the number drawn that evening. The jackpot prize is not multiplied.”
