Major Renovations Planned For Parsippany Office Space
Developers are looking to create a 175,000-square-foot office space 'tailored to the post-pandemic work environment.'
PARSIPPANY, NJ — Signature Acquisitions announced a major capital improvement plan Wednesday for 100 Kimball, a 175,000-square-foot office space in Parsippany. The building at 100 Kimball Dr. will be "tailored to the post-pandemic work environment," according to the company.
Signature Acquisitions, which owns office space throughout New Jersey and New York, acquired 100 Kimball in April 2019. Currently home to Deloitte, the accounting firm’s planned departure from the building next year will enable Signature Acquisitions to bring the full building to the market in August 2022.
With a rare opportunity in place, Signature Acquisitions tapped architectural firm Studio 1200 to re-envision the building in a way that invites workers back to the office.

The plan begins with a revitalized lobby to make tenants and visitors feel welcome. In addition, the redesigned café will also provide indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
Additionally, Signature Acquisitions will bring in a redesigned fitness center. The company will also re-orient the building's current shared conference and training rooms to enhance flexibility around diverse meeting and training needs.

Signature Acquisitions has enlisted Avison Young’s Jeffrey L. Heller, SIOR, William E. McCaffrey, and Evan Bernard as the exclusive brokerage firm for the leasing and marketing of 100 Kimball.
