New Cafe Brings Italian Flavor To Lake Hiawatha
Don't let the name fool you, the Lazy Caffe is working to bring traditional Italian delights to hungry residents.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — Don’t be fooled by the name. A new coffee shop called “Lazy Caffe” is working overtime to bring Parsippany residents an Italian twist on coffee and treats.
Lazy Caffe held its grand opening on Saturday, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony joined by owners, employees, township officials, and likely a few soon-to-be regular customers.
The coffee shop is located at 84B North Beverwyck Road in the Lake Hiawatha section of town.

Lazy Caffe offers traditional Italian drinks like cappuccinos, espresso, and more.
Hungry customers can also indulge in treats including tiramisu, bombolones, and more Italian delights.

The cafe already has five stars based on 27 Google reviews, with one reviewer saying she had “the best cappuccino I ever had.”
“Great new spot in town! I went with my husband and kids and they had something for everyone,” another reviewer wrote. “My husband and I are a bit of coffee snobs but this place exceeded our standards, and it was so cute that they had some board games so our kids could play at the table while we enjoyed our drinks. Definitely going back!”
“The coffee and pastries were incredible,” another review reads. “I sat in there for an hour and didn’t want to leave. The staff and owners have created a warm and welcoming environment- I’ll be a frequent visitor.”
Lazy Caffe is open Wednesday through Monday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on Tuesdays.
