New Medical Practice Opening In Parsippany, Offering Osteopathic Treatment

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A new medical practice specializing in muscle and joint pain treatment is coming to Parsippany.

Paragon Osteopathy has signed a lease for an 881-square-foot office at Parsippany Commons, located at 3219 Route 46 East, according to an announcement Thursday from commercial real estate firm Larken Associates.

The practice, led by medical director Dr. Mukarram Razvi, offers personalized osteopathic manipulative treatment, a hands-on approach to addressing muscle and joint pain.

Razvi focuses on identifying and treating the underlying causes of pain to help patients return to their daily activities, according to the practice.

The clinic offers one-hour treatment sessions and free phone consultations for prospective patients through its website.

The new Parsippany location is expected to expand the practice's reach to patients throughout northern New Jersey and the New York City area.

Larken Associates said its in-house construction team, Core Enterprises, completed renovations to the office space, including the installation of an interior wall to create an additional office.

"We're excited to see them join our tenant community and provide their services to residents in the area."

Parsippany Commons is a three-story, 54,619-square-foot professional and medical office building along Route 46. The property includes 270 parking spaces and provides access to Routes 10 and 202, as well as Interstates 80 and 287.

The lease was negotiated by Kelly and Jon Compitello of JLL, who represented the property owner.

An official opening date for the new practice was not specified in the announcement.
