Missing Parsippany Man Found Dead, No Foul Play Suspected
The resident of CareOne, an assisted-living facility, was found dead Saturday in a tree line along Route 80, authorities said.
PARSIPPANY, NJ ā Authorities don't suspect any foul play after a missing Parsippany nursing home resident was found dead Saturday, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
Staff at CareOne at Parsippany, an assisted-living facility, reported John Eschenbach missing to Parsippany police at about 10:30 p.m. Friday. Authorities launched a multi-agency search, which ended when Eschenbach, 79, was found dead at about noon Saturday in a tree line along Route 80.
There's no indication of foul play and nothing suspicious reported, according to the prosecutor's office.
