Shot Fired In Parsippany Home During Domestic Incident: Prosecutor
No injuries were reported, and the man who shot the gun was detained, according to authorities.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — A man fired a gun Tuesday morning during a domestic incident inside a Parsippany home, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office. He was detained without incident, and no injuries were reported.
Law enforcement didn't publicly identify the man, who fired a single round inside the Gates Court home with a woman present, according to authorities. The area is safe, and there is no threat to the public, Parsippany police told Patch at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
After the man fired the gun, the woman left the home and called 911, the prosecutor's office said.
