Raymond Taylor made such a name for himself, friends called him “Tiger.”
The longtime Parsippany resident died recently at the age of 81.
Taylor was born in Paterson and moved to Parsippany in 1959. He was a computer operator for Bell Labs in Whippany for many years prior to retirement.

While living in Parsippany, Taylor was a member of the Parsippany Elks Lodge #2078.
He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret, who died in September 2013.

He is survived by six children and two grandchildren.
