Parsippany Man Among Group Found With Heroin, Crack In Hanover Hotel: Police

Several people also face charges related to drug dealing, according to police.

HANOVER, NJ — Police found a Parsippany man with heroin and crack cocaine as they charged eight people with drug possession and/or distribution, according to authorities. The charges stemmed from an investigation of a hotel room.

Det. Dominic Kaiser was monitoring an unnamed hotel in town at the request of ownership, because of suspicious activity. While walking the hallway Oct. 28, Kaiser and Officer Eric Prach saw possible drug paraphernalia outside one of the hotel rooms.

While in the hallway, an alarm went off. Police confirmed through the front desk that they received a trouble alarm from one of the rooms and had notified the fire department.

The officers responded to the room and knocked down the door to check the alarm. Thomas Delvecchio, of South Hackensack, answered the door, and police saw paraphernalia and drugs, police said.

The room was in disarray and contained several controlled substances in plain view, according to authorities. Eight people were in the room, police said. They were charged with the following:

  • Glenn Hornecker, of Parsippany: possession of crack cocaine, heroin, drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.
  • Kelby Taylor, of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee: conspiracy to distribute heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine; possession of heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.
  • Kyle Marosevitch, of Rahway: possession of heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.
  • Leah Klotzke, of Newark: possession of heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia (two counts) and a hypodermic needle.
  • Delvecchio: possession with intent to distribute heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine; possession of heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.
  • Aimee Seniakevgch, of Hackensack: possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, under the influence of CDS, obstructing, hindering and destroying evidence.
  • Kayleigh Haber, of Newark: distribution of cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin; possession of heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, a hypodermic needle and prescription drug legends.
  • Mackenzi Giresi, of Andover: possession of heroin, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, a hypodermic needle, an instrument to defraud the administration of a drug test and prescription legend drugs.

All were taken to the Morris County Jail, pending their court dates.
