PARSIPPANY, NJ — There's a scam circulating in Parsippany, according to local officials. Several residents have received fake "water update" notices.

The township's water notices are lime green and have the Parsippany Water Department's information listed on the bottom. If you're unsure whether a notice you have received or may receive is real or fake, call the department at 973-263-7099.
