Parsippany's Garbage, Recycling Schedule For Thanksgiving Week

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A lot can go wrong when preparing for Thanksgiving. Don't let putting your trash out on the wrong day become one of them.

Parsippany's schedule for garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup will be different during Thanksgiving week. Here's the schedule:

• Monday, Nov. 21: Garbage Districts 1, 2, 4; Recycling District 1; Yard Waste District 1.
• Tuesday, Nov. 22: Garbage Districts 3, 5, 6; Recycling Districts 2, 6; Yard Waste Districts 2, 6.
• Wednesday, Nov. 23: Garbage Districts 1, 2, 4; Recycling District 3; Yard Waste District 3; No cardboard pickup.
• Thanksgiving, Nov. 24: Recycling Center closed; No garbage, recycling or yard waste pickup.
• Friday, Nov. 25: Garbage Districts 3, 5, 6; Recycling Districts 4, 5; Yard Waste Districts 4, 5, Recycling Center closed.
• Saturday, Nov. 26: Recycling Center closed.
