PHHS Softball Team Falls Short in First Game of Season

After a run in the third and fifth innings, team fails to gain momentum.

Parsippany Hills fell to Morristown Monday afternoon 8-2 after they were unable to climb out of a first inning six-run hole.

The Colonials pounced on the Vikings in the first inning, sending 10 batters to the plate in what amounted to a six run inning.

OTHER KEY PERFORMANCES

McKenzie Peacock (Morristown), Jen Dolin (Morristown), and Alli Klinger (Morristown) all had first inning RBI singles for the Colonials. Katie Schnabel (Parsippany Hills) scored two runs. Jen Dathe had an RBI single.
