Prosecutor: Teens Forced Into Prostitution by Morris Duo
Boonton woman, Morris Plains man made victims, 15 and 17, have sex for money, authorities report.

A Boonton woman and Morris Plains man have been arrested and charged with human trafficking after allegedly forcing two teenage girls to engage in sex acts for money earlier this month, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp announced.
Two victims, age 15 and 17, reported they were led to “engage in prostitution by the two defendants,” Knapp said. The alleged crimes occurred on June 12 and June 16, 2015 at area motels, Knapp said.
The older of the victims said Debbie Kooken, 42, of Boonton, would make arrangements for the victims to meet with several male clients at area hotels, Knapp said. Aldopus Mims, 38, of Morris Plains, would then collect the money received after the acts were completed, Knapp said. It was also alleged that Mims and the 15-year-old girl engaged in sexual acts as well.
