Real Estate Company Announces New Business Tenants in Parsippany

Real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle announced new business tenants at Parsippany's Halsey Corporate Center.

Medical technology company Stryker Corporation will rent 3,500 square feet of office and lab space.

MSR Investments signed a lease for 1,400 square feet for its commodity trading operations.

Blue Sky Data Corporation, a service bureau providing investment information to businesses, extended its current lease to 3,300 square feet.

The Halsey Corporate Center, a three-story, 97,000-square-foot office complex, is located at 90 East Halsey Road.

Jones Lang LaSalle Executive Vice President Dennis McConnell said the center provides accessible upscale workspace for businesses.

“Demonstrating a growing trend, Stryker and MSR took advantage of the availability of pre-built units that meet their unique requirements," McConnell said. "Currently, the entire 35,584-square-foot second floor is available, along with pre-built units on the first floor, offering similar flexibility for tenants at competitive rates.”

The center features a refurbished lobby with a two-story glass enclosure, interior and exterior landscaping, updated common areas, a full-service café and ample parking. The center has immediate access to Routes 287, 80 and 46.
