Redevelopment its called; another office space and new land destruction

Morris County is full of unoccupied office space; ah but here we have a "state of the art" office complex. so thoughtless.

ANTHROPOCENE; ITS ALL ABOUT SCALE ECOSYSTEMS STRESSED UNDER HUMAN DRIVES WITHOUT MUCH THOUGHT. HUMAN USE AND EXTRACTION OF EARTHS RESOURCES. EVEN A CACTUS HAS ENOUGH GOD GIVEN INTELLIGENCE TO SAVE WATER FOR ITSELF. Parsippany continues to let developers rule ignoring the water deficit using the NJDEP lower standard rather than Highlands Proofs. Block 136 Lot 43 the last of the Hills of Troy will be removed for more of the same. Why short term economic interest, more wants not needs. Economy without ecology is not necessary and cheats us all, now and in the future.

It appears Parsippany is rapidly accelerating toward more bad land use leading to its soon to be demise forever. The recent so-called redevelopment plan is really new land use, not redevelopment. Lets get together with Highlands, home rule is failing the residents of Parsippany its not their town but developers. We have a responsibility to do the best for all, only regional planning can accomplish this. State of the art office space is still more of the same. I understand another large modern office complex will soon be unoccupied in Parsippany.

How can new land destruction be considered redevelopment even in a Planning Zone Block 136 Lot 43.3 and all the lots to be effected for modern office state of the art building..The last of the hills of Troys to be removed.
Parsippany already has water deficit how can more office space be considered wise when Morris County has more vacant office than anywhere in State of NJ and is one of the top on the list in the Nation for such? Parsippany Planning Board never displays any interactive maps showing or even verbally describing any land features. They mention “wetlands”in the same breath buffer zones being addressed. This deceives and is not transparent to the public.Lot 43.3 was mentioned, however it was stated more lots will be developed for parking and addition roads for entrance and exit. I must be assumed this new land development; being called redevelopment will affect the water situation, as Parsippany and surrounding towns are in deficit. NEED TO KNOW is the interactive map no longer working for the planning zone and if so why? ( NJDEP also appears not to be doing their job as intended under the Christie administration)
