Between busy schedules, conflicting advice, and short-term trends, it is easy to feel stuck or unsure of where to begin. The YMCA is addressing that challenge with the launch of RESET 60, a new Sixty-day program designed to help individuals build realistic, sustainable habits that lead to long-term results.

Beginning April 15, RESET 60 offers a supportive, structured approach to wellness that focuses on consistency rather than quick fixes. The program is built for individuals at all fitness levels and removes the pressure of extreme diets or complicated routines. Instead, participants are guided through a balanced approach that prioritizes movement, nutrition, recovery, and accountability.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in effective workouts tailored to their individual needs, while also gaining practical nutrition strategies that fit into everyday life. Weekly check-ins provide accountability and encouragement, helping participants stay motivated and connected as they progress through the program. In addition, participants will receive personalized coaching and support from certified trainers and wellness professionals who are committed to helping them succeed.

Education is also a key part of the RESET 60 experience. Each week, participants will have access to specialized group fitness classes and information sessions covering important topics such as sleep, stress management, and nutrition, including guidance from a registered dietitian. This holistic approach ensures participants are not only working out but also learning how to take care of their overall well-being.

To help track progress and build confidence, each participant will complete a pre- and post-program assessment with a certified personal trainer. They will also receive a customized workout plan they can follow independently, empowering them to continue their journey beyond 60 days.

RESET 60 is designed for anyone who feels unsure about where to start, is looking to establish a consistent routine, or wants added structure and accountability in their wellness journey. Above all, the program is about helping individuals feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally in a way that fits their lives.

The program runs for 60 days and is open to both YMCA members and non-members. The cost is $99 for members and $129 for non-members.

By combining expert guidance, community support, and practical tools, RESET 60 reflects the YMCA’s commitment to strengthening individuals and the community as a whole. Participants are encouraged to take the first step and begin their journey toward lasting change.
