4-Vehicle Crash In Parsippany Under Investigation

Although it involved several vehicles, the incident 'was not a serious crash,' according to State Police.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A four-vehicle crash occurred Thursday morning on Route 287 in Parsippany. The incident resulted in lane closures on the northbound side but "was not a serious crash," according to New Jersey State Police.

State troopers responded at 11:30 a.m. Thursday to the crash, which occurred just south of Route 80. A State Police spokesperson did not report any injuries.

Officials closed the two right lanes on the northbound side, as 511NJ.org reported traffic delays in the area. But all lanes have since reopened.
