Sephora To Open Inside Parsippany-Area Kohl's

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — Kohl's in Morris Plains will soon get a makeover. The Briarcliff Commons locations will be among the Kohl's stores getting a Sephora by the end of this year.

Sephora at Kohl's features a 2,500-square-foot "fully immersive beauty experience" that mimics the look and feel of the beauty retailer, according to Kohl's. Sephora's products include cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, lotions and haircare.

Kohl's welcomed Sephora into some of its stores last fall and will expand the partnership to 400 stores nationwide by the end of this year with a company goal of putting Sephora in 850 stores by 2023.

“Since our partnership with Kohl’s began, we’ve always had the intention to keep the Sephora at Kohl’s beauty assortment as relevant and similar to our freestanding Sephora stores as possible," Artemis Patrick, Sephora's executive vice president, said in a statement. "We want every customer who comes to Sephora at Kohl’s to be able to discover new brands and find their favorites, just like they do at our other Sephora stores."

Sephora opened in 11 of New Jersey's Kohl's stores last year. The company plans to bring the beauty supplier to 15 more Kohl's locations in the Garden State by the end of this year. See a full list of stores that have or will have "Kohl's + Sephora."

Kohl's is the largest store in the Briarcliff Commons shopping center, which has seen several new businesses open recently. New arrivals include Uncle Giuseppe's — an Italian marketplace and full-service grocer — and Chopt Creative Salad Co.

Crumbl Cookies also set up shop in Briarcliff Commons, but it's not yet clear when it will open.
