1. A lawsuit claims repeated sexual harassment and gender discrimination took place over several years at a company's Parsippany office. The former marketing director of Residential Home Funding Corp. — now called RealFi Home Funding Corp. — laid out several allegations of unwanted sexual advances and abusive behavior from 2016-20.
