Venture X Breaks Ground On New Workspace Facility In Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ - Venture X, a membership-based workspace community for entrepreneurs and businesses, is breaking ground on its newest location in Parsippany, marking the first New Jersey location for the brand.

The 15,000-square-foot coworking space facility will be located at 8 Campus Drive, Arbor Circle South.

“We are thrilled to make progress with this new facility in Parsippany,” said Mahender Gorrai, owner of Venture X Parsippany. “The building will fill a definite need for coworking space in a quickly growing area, as well as provide a unique work environment and networking opportunities to remote workers, freelancers and small businesses.”

In charge of construction is Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. As one of the country’s leading Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is an owner, manager and developer of premier office and luxury multifamily properties in select waterfront and transit-oriented markets throughout New Jersey. A representative from Colliers International, Wayne Kasbar, Managing Director, brokered the deal.

In addition to services provided by Venture X, clients will enjoy this amenity-packed campus including but not limited to: a full service gym, fine dining and casual dining restaurants, a full service grocery store offering prepared foods, a beer garden, golf simulator, work out areas, and an extensive park-like setting. Construction was designed so that the facility is centered for optimal accessibility and convenience for coworkers commuting from New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
