Victory Gardens Starts Par-Troy Green Growing Season

If you've wanted to participate in the township's green-minded Victory Gardens community growing effort, now's your chance.

On Wednesday, any gardening lots that have not been renewed become available for rental for the 2013 growing season on a first come, first served basis.

Applications are available at the mayor's office at Town Hall, 1001 Parsippany Blvd. 

Lot sizes:

• 10’ x 20’ (Full Garden)   $30 (Senior $20)
• 10’ x 10’ (Half Garden)  $15 (Senior $10)

Applicant must show proof of Parsippany residency (either a copy of one's tax bill or utility bill). Payment is taken in cash or check form only—no credit cards are allowed and there will be no refunds given. 

Residents are permitted to rent a maximum of two garden lots.
