Vietnam Vet, Parsippany Resident of 38 Years Dies

Edward 'Larry' Erickson is survived by six grandchildren.

Edward “Larry” Erickson spent the last 38 years of his life calling Parsippany home.

The man who spent his career as an auto mechanic died recently at Morristown Medical Center, according to his obituary.

Erickson served in the Army during the Vietnam War from Dec. 29, 1965 until he was honorably discharged on Dec. 8, 1967.

He was a mechanic at Norman Gale in Cedar Knolls and spent more than 40 years in the industry.

He is survived by three daughters and six grandchildren.
