Local producer wins Drone Film Festival category for psychiatric hospital's demolition - in reverse.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – The Greystone Psychiatric Hospital turned into rumble in 2015 and 2016, but one local filmmaker made it rise to the ashes in an award-winning film.
“Greystone Rising” by Jody Johnson, a film made using drone footage of the demolition of Greystone and the famous Kirkbride Building was edited to show the videos in reverse as to make it seem like the structures were rising.
The video was such a hit, Johnson won an award in the category of Architecture at the second annual New York City Drone Film Festival.
